Landlord Repair was born out of everything that was learned about running a maintenance company from owning Trikin Properties, a Minnesota Property Management Company, and PM Toolbelt, a Development company that creates products for the Property Management Industry.
Through the knowledge gained in repair, construction, and most of all PROCESS, Landlord Repair was born!
We Are Independent
We are a fully independent corporation and while we share ownership with Trikin Properties and PM Toolbelt, we are happy to provide services to all Management Companies, Landlords, Associations, Apartment Buildings and anyone else who can use a great company to do repairs on your
